CONSTRUCTION


The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Each product is made to order and below every product's description is an estimated construction time. Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks. We will notify you of potential changes to this timeline if there are any unforeseen delays.

You have the right to return your order within 15 days of receiving it, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. For all items that are to be returned or exchanged (excluding damaged or faulty products), the buyer shall pay for return shipping.  In the case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will repair or replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost.

*Due to the nature of custom or personalized items, unless damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.

You may cancel an order at any time before we process it for shipment, but we appreciate a heads up as soon as anything changes. To cancel your order, please get in touch via the contact link above.

REFUNDS


We will process the refund as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process depending on the method of purchase.

CLAIMS


If you need to make a claim regarding your Wheelborne product due to a flaw in its quality, get in touch via the contact link above. We will evaluate the defect and try to help you. Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage.  If you contact us by email, please explain the reason for your claim and send along high quality images of the defect plus your order number. 

If we approve your claim, we will:

  • Email a return shipping label for shipment via USPS. Upon receiving the item we will work to repair the product.
  •  If the product is not repairable, we will make and send you a new product. Normal processing times will apply and shipment costs will be covered on our end.
  •  If the product is not repairable or is discontinued, we will furnish you with a similar product or refund you for the product.

We always try to repair defective products. We design our products to be sustainable and repairable.

We do our best to correctly represent the colors and materials of the products that we make. Due to technical variations in screen quality and resolution we cannot guarantee that any particular item's color or material will directly resemble that of the actual product.

We are not exclusively responsible for any claims, personal injury, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the use or misuse of any product or that we sell. 

SHIPPING

 

 

All domestic and international orders will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. Domestic orders will be shipped Priority Mail. Standard international orders will be shipped First Class International and for larger items Priority Mail International.

Europe: 1-3 weeks

Tracking Information

You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped with your parcel tracking number. 

Once an order has left our studio, it is in the care of USPS and/or your local postal service. Wheelborne is not liable for any errors made by our shipping providers. We do insure all international orders, so if you have not received an item past the estimated shipping time, get in touch with us pronto.

Customs and import taxes


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES


If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.
