Heavy duty strap for locking gear down. The metal buckle has a toothed, spring loaded one-way clamp that restricts the strap from loosening. When the clamp is lifted the strap only then can be adjusted. Leather pull tab helps to gain leverage when securing gear down. Optional rubber pad keeps buckle from scratching paint and from shifting around.
